Housing Programs

The SOAR 864 programs at Pendleton Place offer

three federally-funded housing opportunities

for youth up to the age of 21 and 24.

Our FYSB Transitional Living Program (TLP) provides up to 18 months of residency and intensive case management and life skills training for youth up to the age of 21.

Our HUD Youth Transitions (YT) program places youth in a leased apartment or home for a year while they set goals and secure employment (up to the age of 24).

After the year is up, youth get to take over the lease and move into true independence.

Our HUD Rapid Rehousing (RRH) program connects youth with a landlord and supports their rental payments for a year while they work toward educational and employment goals (up to age 24). Youth sign the lease from the start, and can continue living there after our first year of support.

All housing programs include consistent, caring support from our trained staff,

so you can focus on your success.
