The SOAR 864 program at Pendleton Place offers federally-funded housing opportunities 

for youth up to the age of 24.

Our HUD Rapid Rehousing (RRH) program connects youth with a landlord and supports their rental payments for a year while they work toward educational and employment goals (up to age 24). Youth sign the lease from the start, and can continue living there after our first year of support.
